well... the heading of his section of the boards is introduce yourself... so imma do that then.... um.... my names katie... uh... i like reading... and... i have enuff problems in my life without FAT being one of them (sorry for using the f word). so im putting an end to it... ::blinks:: this feels like an AA meeting "hi im katie, and im a fatso" anywho... um... yeah... thats it really...

hmm well i guess i will continue... i am karen and i am trying to loose weight on my own diet and i have so far lost 1.2 lbs since yesterday so i am happy. Anyway, just wanted to say hi.

sticking to a plan
I think and am living this. You need to a WOR plan that fits your life and exercise that also fits your life. If it doesn't fit your life you won't stick with it.
