I am starting the Atkins diet tomorrow. I did it before too and lost all the weight i wanted to and then managed to go back to my bad old ways and put it all back on. Anyone who can offer me support would be great as i am not sure i have the will power to do it on my own again.... ha ha. Wish me luck.Laughing

You can do it.....!! Have faith and everyday you wake and begin the day have a visual in your mind of what you want your body to look like. Find a picture of yourself when you were at your desired weight and keep it visible. Before you know it with due diligence you will have reached your goal.

Welcome! At the top of the page, click on the tab called RECIPES, then on the right side scroll down to DIET & NUTRITION and click on the button called Gluten Free.

I'm Back
I used to eat fried fish with tartar sauce. Now I bake my fish and then add either lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to punch up the flavor, which saves a bunch of calories.

This is tough......I,m spending 90% of my time trying to stay on meal plan and the other 10% going off it.....Resulting in an increase in weight..
05 Jan 14 for diet Atkins
