After losing six pounds during Phase One, I haven't lost anything on Phase Two this week. Should I go back to Phase I? Help!

Don't get too frustrated. I'd be reluctant to go back to Phase 1. I found it so limiting. Are you eating really lean meats and did you step up your exercise a bit?

My advice would be to stick with Phase II; try and build on the detox, otherwise you might just end up going around and around in circles which aint too much fun...

Had a great week, or should that be great 8 days.

Hadn't weighed myself properly and while I only loosely stuck to the program I dropped 2lbs, which is just smashing Very Happy

I'm day 2 into this diet, and boy is it harder than I thought. I refuse to be a quitter. Laughing I'm glad to hear that some of you stuck to it. Good luck, and hopefully I'll get to talk to some of you.

Don't be a quitter, sweetie....stick with it, because the results with be worth it. The first few days are TOUGH, but it gets easier. Just pick the foods that you really enjoy, and remember to drink LOTS of water! Good luck!

I love this program, sure the first week or two are tought if youre not used to it but once you adjust it is a real lifestyle improvement.

No turning back!
