Today I started the diet. I have done atkins diet and have lost weight, but always put it back on. I liked atkins diet, as I was not concerned about quantities, but did no like, as to be successful you could not cheat at all.

I am hoping this ViSalus diet will not leave me craving certain foods.

My hubby and I have been drinking the shakes for a month today and we both are feeling great. I noticed the change in my energy level almost the next day. I lost over 15 lbs so far and my hubby is down over 18 lbs. We love it.

Mix feelings

advice needed
Make your way of eating and your exercise part of your life, not a diet that will run it's course. Sounds easy but it does take commitment and effort.
