We had been on a trip last week, and I felt like I had ate too much junk food, and when I arrived back home Friday evening, March 30, I began checking out the diet by Jorge Cruise (my daughter is the one who introduced me to the diet), and I read till 3 a.m. and the next morning, Saturday, March 31, began the diet. I decided to follow this diet, because of all the diabetes in the family I grew up with, my mother and a sister had diabetes and cancer. A brother had leukemia. Two of my brothers had heart disease, another sister has diabetes, and over the years, I have went on so many diets to keep the weight down, and in the last few years, I have decided it is time to eat for health and life, before it is too late. No more putting this off! And I like the Belly Fat Cure because it calls for the cutting back of sugar and its purpose is to reduce the dangerous type of fat that so many of us have around our belly, which we are now told causes cancer, diabetes and heart disease. And this evening I have been searching for others that I could join with, that together we may encourage one another, share menus and recipes, hold one another accountable, share advice and helpful tips, challenge one another. It is hard to stick with and to go this alone. So here I am, everybody! and my name is Rosie.
