How Do I add a food to the list?

I am from Canada and I have found some foods that are not on the list. Does anyone know how I can add them with the nutritional facts so that I can track them on my food diary??

food diary techie question
Go to your weigh-in page, on the right you click on "restart" Diet. Then you can choose to hide the history before the restart. I think that will remove the old stuff.
