Have you read the Book yet? For me the first week was difficult. I think As long as you Plan all your meals you will stay on track. Like for me today I didn't plan and I will go over my carbs by 1 due to a snack that was in the game plan..

There are three types belly fat:
Upper belly fat
Lower belly fat and
Beer belly or thick waist.

belly fat diet plans given below:-
1. Take a hold on your calorie intake by using alternatively like honey or sugar free sweeteners.
2. Eat more vegetables and less of carbohydrates like rice, etc.
3. Drink lots and lots of water.
4. Exercise at right time, even a walk can help you get rid of belly fat.
5. Consume watery fruits and vegetables.
6. Do not deep fry your food; prepare vegetables in such a way by keeping it a bit juicy or medium fried.
7. Avoid eating in between meals or mid night snacks.
8. Keep milk food or proteins in your meals.

Glad to see so many newbies! I started the BFC on 2/26, but just joined FS and this group last night. I love that it is so easy to track what I am eating, I hate writing things down, but I don't mind typing them into a form. I'm 1 day out from a very nasty stomach flu. Weighed myself this AM and I'm down 14.5#! I'll take it anyway I can get it, but I think at least 6 of that is from the flu.
I know a lot of us are having problems getting in our vegie's, there is a drink mix I got from Whole Foods last weekend that has the equivalent of 10 servings of vegie's. It was talked about on the Jorge&Me blog. When I get home, I'll post the name of it. I'm not a fan of the taste (they claim it is chocolate), but I just found out it is available in capsule form which I will look for this weekend. Will repost tonight, maybe it will help so of us? Looking forward to all of us helping each other out, some of our journeys will take a month, others will be here for a long time like me ... but I'm glad that I have found you all Smile
