Hi, I am interested in finding a quick way to post the meal plans on line so I can put my menu together for the week. It would be helpful if a shopping menu would pop up.
Because of my age/height, I cannot the calories placed in the book as they are too high. I'm on a 1000-1000-1400 plan.

cider vinegar
I find cider vinegar tough to drink with just water. I put a tablesppon of cider vinegar with a skimpy tablespoon of honey and add 7 oz hot water for soothing drink.
