Get use to it. Men always lose weight easier than women. Could be their higher muscle content, could be because our bodies are made to store fat to nourish a baby when we become pregnant. Whatever it is he will always find it easier lose weight than you will.

Yup. Men generally lose weight faster than women. Get used to it, keep going. You'll get there. On the other hand, weight loss tend to show less on men, so you probably will get the compliments first.

you can bitch about it and complain and get mad... you can even hit a pillow and write a sob story, paint a lovely angry picture...
And then you get over it
It's unfair...they do three sit ups and lose 20 lbs, we do 300 situps to lose 2 lbs... oh well.
The good news is men's clothing are ugly and shapeless... women's skinny clothes are fab and sexy!
sooo... with that in mind, keep going and you'll see results soon enough!

LOL @ arse2. You really live up to your user name. How about force feeding him sugar and fat in his sleep?

Yep, so not fair, but men do loose faster and eaiser. They naturally have more muscle mass so therefore burn more calories than women do. I lost 3 last week, my husband lost 9 on the Advocare Cleanse.

because we all know it's sit-ups that govern weight loss and not a negative caloric balance...

I wish it were always true. My wife has passed me up by about 15lbs, and we have the same diet.
