Hi All,

I have taken up the challenge 8 weeks Weighloss Challenge
Started today on April 24th.

It has 8 tasks like mini challenges

In it it says we have to record everything we eat,and record how many minutes of exercise is done.

But i am clueless where to record these things. I just joined few days back.

So request to please Help me out....Very Happy

Thanks,

You can download the calorie counter app that is linked to this site or you can clock on the myfatsecret tab up top and then click enter food/exercise on the right side. When you record your weight each week, it will automatically be applied to the challenge.

Hope that helps!

Point to My Fat Secret and then click Enter Food. Add the food you eat there. Similarly, click Enter Exercise to add your exercise. More information about the exercise can be found at the following link here.

jwill77nc2 is correct. Also, if there is NO asterisk (*) after the food or exercise then that number will not be counted in the Challenges and Contests and Mini Challenges this program offers.
