Has anyone used or are anyone using the Kangmei Slimming capsules?
Rolling Eyes
I bought a pack yesterday - first day today - no side effects, not excessively thirsty ...

From what I hear it apparently works like a charm - guess I will have to wait and see Wink

Apparently there are many copies of Kangmei on the market but the genuine one contains sibutramine which is a scheduled 5 drug in South Africa. Remember all the controversy about 2 years ago with Simply Slim. Many ppl got very ill, extremely high blood pressure, racing heart, constipation and generally feeling very "weird" this was the sibutramine and eventually it was banned. Here is the article I found online wrt Kangmei http://www.beeld.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Gevaarlike-middel-skuil-in-Kangmei-20121104

I never heard of it but the best weight lose remedy is always the natural way. Exercise and adopting a sensible eating regime. Adding lots of vegetable is a good alternative especially in form of homemade veggie juices

Ek het nog 'n pakkie duromine in die kas en het dit lank gebruik - loved the results maar dit is baie duur. Die chinese pille kos maar R45 (baie dodgy) maar as dit werk werk dit ! I have been working out and eating healthy - smaller portions low carb high protein everything - but i have been stuck on the same weight for 4 months (maintaining which is great) just want something to help loose the last 6 kg's !

Thanks - I did alot of research and found that there are many versions - I used Thinz which worked wonderfully for me together with healthy eating and exercise then it became a prescribtion drug - then I switched to Simply Slim and had the same amazing results till that was banned. I am fully aware that healthy eating water and exercise is the way to go but if there is something that can assist / boost that is great ! Giving this a try now and will see how it goes !

I took mine after breakfast and it says on empty stomach before breakfast so tomorrow morning I will have it on my empty stomach and eat breakfast when I get to the office ! It has not really suppressed my appetite - I am an emotional eater so would be lovely if it worked.

I used eetless, obesan x, and duromine, but nothing works like kangmei. That is now all that I am using, and it definitely works, I pay R85 for a box but the fake ones are R45

Be careful of people who join this site and never record any food, weigh ins, journals, exercise and their only posts are pushing a weight loss product.

Lets cut straight to the chase on this one. For those of you that dont want to know the facts just skip past this reply right now! If a drug has not been through the usual rigorous clinical testing standards/trials then its a complete load of crap, no matter what any internet search will tell you. Presently their are only 2 drugs that have been approved by various countries as being reliable in weight loss (and thoroughly tested to approved international laboratory/human testing etc). TWO! I'll repeat that one more time TWO. One drug reduces your appetite, one drug reduces the fat absorbing capabilities of your body. I'm not going to tell you what they are called, because it is not what this post is about. Don't waste your frigin money on bulls##t testimonials from bulls##t companies, no matter how legit it sounds. Ok some food groups will slightly increase fat burning capabilities of your body by the nature of the food, you know such as eating chilies etc, but apart from that, burn more calories than you eat - its that simple. and stay hydrated......

Heart Rate Monitor Watches for Men
I have a polar RCX5. Very expensive but works great. Espcially for helping you train in fat burning mode and for estimating calories burnt. You need a chest strap though. Great gift idea.
