hey fatsecrets members, I need your help and support, i am that type of girl that quit very easily, I have hard time to commit to my weight loss and I dont know why i can achieve and commit to other things but weight loss...nada!!
i've decided to login everyday and maybe by reading your posts or anything else i may succeed this time around...

We've all been there, and I'm sure most of us - including myself - are still there.
Logging your food and exercise is a super tool to do this right. I have tried so many diets through my life, and this is the first time I've succeeded. If I can muster up the strength to do this, so can anyone else.

Hello Queency!
I joined the beginning of this year, and after going at it for a while with no noticeable results, lost all my motivation, and fell off the health wagon hard. But I am back here, and I have realised that I really need some additional buddy support if I want to make this work.
Lets help each other out through this!

This site really helps. Ive been working out for about a month trying to lose but only dropping about a 1lb or less a week. Joined this site about 2 weeks ago and I've lost 4lbs in a week. Use the community to keep you going and track ALL your food works, trust me! Good luck!

Thanx everyone for your replies..I feel like I can really do it this time, I've downloaded the app in my phone so that I can start recording my food and diet from tomorrow..so happy to see all yr support thx guys
