Heres the best piece of advice to getting the most out of this website. Log in ALL your food intake. start there and then all the diet pros on this website can zero in on where you are going wrong.

I am also starting over again. I did atkins years ago and lost a lot of weight but put it back on I have been back at atkins for 4 weeks and have lost 10 pounds it is going a lot slower nw that I am older but I am determined to take off at least 60 pounds and keep it off
