Alright, so far so good. I've been keeping my caloric intake at around 1000-1800, I try to shoot a bit lower since I feel like I'm getting stuffed when I eat that much.

But there's some problem with me that I'm sure someone else has, too, and they can help me out.

I can't touch a single fruit or vegetable, even thinking about eating them kinda gives me the bad goosebumps. Things like Broccoli, apples, oranges, bananas.

I mean, the best I can do is take multi-vitamins to help with the deficiency because of my inability to eat fruits and veggies.

Help! Any advice is welcome.

My brother has the same issue and he drinks Shakeology mix by BeachBody. It claims to be the equivilant of 5 trips to the salad bar in 1 shake. My brother swears by the stuff. He says it makes him feel fabulous and he loses weight without even trying. Maybe you can try researching it and see if it's something you'd like to try.
