Calorie counter app

Hi does anyone understand how to use the app calorie counter. The part on there for the exercise diary part?? I am confused about the resting part and sleeping. Do you put how many hour u slept the night before and your workout and the rest is your resting time?? What if your job involves a lot of walking. Do u count that as an activity so that your resting time is less?? Please some insight that would be great...

Just start following your plan again. Simple as that! Back at it! ;) My Dr. actually advised one cheat day a week within reason!

Cheese is NOT it's own food group, Although personally I think it should be. :)
