Hi, I am new again to this site. I joined two years ago and I think I logged on once, but now I am more dedicated to my health. I am having difficulties finding recipes. When I click on the recipes tab at the top of the site, it is only listing 6 recipes. When I try to search for recipes, the same message is being displayed..."No Recipes Found"......What am I doing wrong???

Thanks for your help

I'm not new and also have the same problem. I check peoples profile pages. If I use a recipe (which I haven't yet) I will let that person know. Very Happy
If at first I seem a little weird, then it's pretty likely I am. Smile

No, not really. Because when I go on the recipes tab. It only comes up with two pages worth. Where are these hundreds that you mention Nola? Sad

Scroll to the right and you can click on by category or you can search by food item. You have to be on the website and not the app. I prefer the website layout anyway myself.

Totally agree with you, starstar and gnat, a daily egg won't be the death knell. But it's good to know you can get a serious protein boost with a cup of whites if you're way short for the day ...

Yum, steak is a rarity for me as well. Am planting some chard, not something that is available to buy, have never even seen it in a farmers market here.

serving size for dry ingredients
Check the food label, it should tell you. Rice tends to have higher calories. Usually it's 1/4 cup dry and about 150-200 calories
