After a break from Slimming World, and trying not to be tied to a diet (not a good idea in my case!) I have gone back to try and loose the weight gained since becoming a Target Member. I know I can do it - I just need to keep focused.
Any other Slimming World members out there who have been there done that proved it works, then let it all go to hell?? Come on, let's do this together x
