Try the extra easy plan its the best option as all red day and green day super free and free foods are free all the time.
Then you choose 1 healthy A option which is your cheese or milk.
Then your healthy B option which is your cerial 35g or bread (3 slices of nimble or weight watchers bread or two slices or whole meal)
then you get an extra 10 sins to use on anything else you want to have!

Yeah, I thought I was doing OK on my fat grams until I took a look at my daily food intake for a week. Wow! I've been way over on fat grams which was why I was getting no where.
