Anyone find Wii Fit and Wii Sports effective as their exercise regime?
Seems to be working ok for me so far, though I'm finding I'm getting bored quite quickly with the activities available on it.

I use my Wii Fit every day. Partially it gets me a daily update from the scale, but also because I work in an office all day, it gets me up and moving.
Do you have Wii Fit Plus? I find that doing the Island Cycling (Advanced Course) and Rhythm Boxing (Expert) are a pretty good but light workout.

I'm an office worker too so find the Wii useful for getting me up off my arse!
I don't have Wii Fit Plus but might look into it. The rhythm boxing and Jogging on Wii Fit are the most effective at getting the heart rate up I find.

I love it I use it 6 days a week, I also went to game stop and found Biggest Loser that is a outstanding work out there.

I just started Wii Fit plus today and my arms are already feeling tight and sore. I use this as a secondary workout since i do hit the gym every morning.

Its a good start, that is where I started, and did get board and wanted to step it up a notch, now I do the biggest loser which is a fabulous work out (I still do the wii fit) as well I now have an elliptical and im up to 25 min on it. Then I have zumba for the wii and its fun and effective but right now I do that 3 days a week.

I don't have a Wii, but my niece does. When I visit my sister, we play a cheerleader game and the Just Dance games. When we're through, I sweating and out of breath. Dancing is one way to get your body moving and have fun at the same time.
