On Atkins it probably would be better to eat a yogurt with lots of fat. We aim at eating most of our daily calories from fat. And getting the fat in yogurt is certainly a very delicious way of doing it. I enjoy all the fatty versions that are either Greek or Balkan. Taste wise I like the Greek Gods type. For the numbers I can't find anything better than Fage. And at Costco the price isn't too bad
