panic best loss for tomorrow night weigh in no loss yet !

Are you talking Weight Watchers? I used to go weigh in first and then eat afterwards. You eventually learn the secrets to getting around the weigh-ins, but then eventually I realized that I was the only one putting pressure on myself and that's self destructive. The WW people have all been there and they won't pass judgement on you. If you didn't lose any, then you didn't lose any. Dust yourself off and get back on the horse. Reflect on what you could have done differently and then move on from there. It is a process to learn to think differently, change old habits and to create new and better ones. With WW I learned that that was the real lesson, and not the number on the scale.

I'm with AnnaJ - I've done WW also, and as much as it sucks to NOT have lost anything, it also sets you up for a bigger weight loss next week. Assuming, of course, that you HAVE been doing what you're supposed to during the week. Smile
