I bought my first pair of XL (size 1Cooljeans in the last three years! I think I can really do this. Joining some challenges this week. Keeps it interesting and motivating. I have lost 50 lbs in 6 months. But the best part is I have lost over 25 inches!!

I have tweaked my Slim4Life to better fit how my body works. They put me on plan 4, but the bread killed me. It was like sabotage. I moved myself to plan 2 and removed the bread. I am doing so much better.

FatSecret (or any dairy software) really helps. Plus I get to share my thoughts and frustrations with ya'll.

The best single word of advice is to make a change. Don't make the
mistake of doing the same thing over and over expecting a different
result (Ben Franklin's definition of insanity).

I am on Plan 2 as well. This past week was my "7 day break".. which increases your protein cuts out the bread altogether. Salad is not much fun without AkMak crackers or Wasa crisps.
I should hit 199 this week. Wish me luck! You are doing awesome Smile
