what is new on this diet

I went about 4 years ago and paid the money but still have all the paper work so now I am just doing it on my own and was wondering if there was anything new on the program? Oh and by the way when I did it the first time I never took nor did I buy any of the supplements and I still lost weight. I just took some over the counter vitamins. How long have you been on it. I started up again a week ago today on my own and already lost 2 lbs.
