what is new on this diet

I was wanting to know if anyone out there is on the slim4life diet and could tell me if anything has changed on it. I went about 4 years ago and paid the money but still have all the paper work so now I am just doing it on my own and was wondering if there was anything new on the program? Oh and by the way when I did it the first time I never took nor did I buy any of the supplements and I still lost weight. I just took some over the counter vitamins. How long have you been on it. I started up again a week ago today on my own and already lost 2 lbs.

Am I on right track
Hi guys. This is my reading for the day. Fat: 48.78 Carbs: 14.08 Sugar: 4.18, Nett Carbs 9.18 and Protien: 28.21 and Cals: 590. Does this sound right.
