what is new on this diet

I was wanting to know if anyone out there is on the slim4life diet and could tell me if anything has changed on it. I went about 4 years ago and paid the money but still have all the paper work so now I am just doing it on my own and was wondering if there was anything new on the program? Thank you Krystie for replying but I was wondering if they added any different food items like carrots and banana's because I love those but they don't let us have them. Oh and by the way when I did it the first time I never took nor did I buy any of the supplements and I still lost weight. I just took some over the counter vitamins. How long have you been on it. I started up again a week ago today on my own and already lost 2 lbs.

Should you weigh yourself with or without clothes?
I weigh every morning after I come out of the shower, before I get dressed to go to work. As said before, consistency is key.

Joined my first challenge
Just joined my first challenge. I'm hoping this will finally get me motivated to lose my extra kilos. It's so hard to motivate myself to exercise when it's so darn cold outside.
