Is anyone doing this? I hear it is great, but I really can't find any info online about it. I do know Chris Powell has a great book on it, but it is kinda pricy for me right now. Well, let me say I have found info online about it, but not what I am looking for. I am looking for like a total plan to do. Most of the ones I fnd online are weblinks, or suggested tips. I am a platau right now. I have lost a total of 136 pounds, and I am now fluctutating at the same place.

There is no metabolic advantage and the laws of thermodynamics still apply. Do it if you think it would be an easier way for you to lose. Sounds like a pain.

^^ This, you can't out think thermodynamics, ever. Do IIFYM and eat your carbs.
A pre planned diet is a recipe for failure, Do IIFYM and incorperate foods you enjoy into your daily intake.

Dietary fat =/= net fat gain, consuming more calories than you burn = net fat gain.

It's time for it to come off
one day at a time and even one meal at a time... it works. Make small goals.. say when I lose my first 5 lbs I'll do.... (and not something food related) then make the next goal 10 lbs Sounds ...
