I've been doing the Mayo Clinic diet for the past few weeks. It's not as restrictive as other "diet" plans and puts the focus on changing habits...adding fruits & veggies & moving more! I feel good for a change Smile

It's a lot like the diet I've come to follow. I like it because it doesn't tell you what to eat at all. Like if you don't eat enough veggies one day, just eat more tomorrow. I like that. I think it promotes a very healthful way of eating that you can learn and maintain Smile

Have you lost weight on Atkins without exercise?

I started at about your weight 192. I'm female 65, have a smell frame and work at a desk all day but try to be fairly active when I'm not at work. I had to trim my calories down to averaging 1200 ...

Right, I wouldn't pay anyone. Find a plan that works and stick to it. There are lots of books at the library. Track your food on FS.
