Weigh food before of after cooking?

I cooked some chicken breast earlier - It was 490 grams before cooking then 325g afterwards. When adding to my food list should I show pre-cooked or cooked weight?
It's a mater of choice, hard work and a bit of OCD !!

Cooked weight, most of what has been lost its water and some fat.

I've given some numarical information accuracy..that chicken and other meats lose about 30% weight after they have been cooked.weight food before of after cooking changed.

You have to look up the weight as you weighed the ingredient. If you weighed it raw, look up the raw measurement. If you weighed it cooked, look it up cooked. They don't always agree exactly, but it's close enough. What's hard is when it doesn't say whether they measured it raw or cooked, which can make a big difference.

it's kind of a pain when you can only find the cooked amt when it is an incredient in a dish==impossible to measure once cooked. Daily burn tracker site has many foods listed that are not on this site.

Avocados
just eat them....love avocados sandwich idea avocado, tomato slices, cheese,on healthy whole wheat bread. Best when tomatoes are in season.
