Net calories

Can someomne please explain he net calories on the diet calander, mine are negative (arrow down) does this mean I am burning more than taking in and if so thats a good thing correct (sorry dumb question)

Yeah, it's a good thing. It's your total calories (food column) minus your exercise column. If it's a down arrow and green, then you are burning that many more calories than you are consuming in a day Smile.

Maybe you're not eating enough calories. Your large weight drop in the beginning will be mainly water. Weight loss becomes slower after that. Maybe you're not eating enough of the right foods. ...
