Hi, I just turned 41 too!
I also have a long term goal of 130.
Today I weigh about 178.
AND Im also aiming for about 5lbs a month!
So I would love to be a buddy.
Ive been trying (not concistantly) for over 5yrs. to lose and just keep gaining. Now that my kids are old enough to occupy themselves for a while I have time to work out and plan/prepare meals etc. ME TIME. Im not used to it and it's taking a lot of effort to acutally get up and do what I NEED to do consistantly but Im doing it. Besides this past weeks gain (water, being a woman, who knows) Ive been doing well.

I just joined 2 days ago and will be turning 40 next month. I have sent invites to my friends to become buddies but they have not joined Sad I desperately need a "buddy" for support. How do I request you?
