Hello all!!! new to FS and loving it!!!! I love documenting everything it really makes it easier to make beter choices. Been on since Sunday11-20-2011, and loving it staying strong, i think isan awesome way to do it!!!!

Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
