Can anyone tell me what rules you play by when it comes to Herbalife.
I have been told to have 2 shakes a day and a normal portioned meal with only fruit in between meals and drink water only.
Can anyone tell me what works for you?

You might also want to add the herbal tea to your diet, it helps to keep you full, burns fat, gives you hours of energy plus it's an antioxidant- a win win! I have my tea 3 times a day either between meals or with. As a mother of 5, I need all the energy I can get.

i also use tj yellow and total control pills which reduce your need for snacking and help speed up metabolism. be careful with fruit though, it's a lot of sugar... don't overdo it!

I have 2 shakes a day and a healthy, well balanced meal. I have snacks in between, usually a protein snack. I take the Herbalife Multivitamin, Cell Activator, Cell u Loss, Aminogen, Flora Fiber, Thermobond, and Garden 7. I use the Herbal Tea 3x a day.

I have two shakes a day (breakfast and lunch) with fruit in between and possibly a protein bar. Then I have a sensible dinner. I do not really like the taste of the tea, so i put it in my shakes. I make my shakes with water and not milk
Taking it one day at a time

I'm thinking about starting Herbalife. Does anybody know if the products contain dairy or milk. I'm lactose.

You can take the aloe concentrate to settle your stomach if needed. Take it before taking the shake

There is a Formula 1 Allergen-Free Vanilla that is free of soy, diary and gluten. As far as the tea, I add lemon and a Splenda to it and it tastes like sweet tea.

when i wake up in the morning i drink 1 serving of the herbal aloe concentrate plus a liter of water. followed by a liter of the thermojetics herbal beverage. then i have my shake (2 tbsp formula one + 2 tbsp performance protein powder). then i do 40 minutes to 1 hour of body weight exercises in my room (i use the daily workouts app on itunes) after exercising i try to finish another liter of water or 2 then during lunch time i have my shake again. no snacks, i usually just drink water when i'm hungry. during dinner time i eat my one meal sometimes i eat out. but i usually eat whatever i want. i don't deprivie myself when i want to eat something. i just try to use this site to check my calorie intake so i don't go over my RDI. i try to keep within 80% RDI only. oh i also take the tablets after i drink the shake and eat my meal. i use the ultimate program.

I use the ultimate program as well. Snacks could be fruit, vegetables, Herbalife protein bars, nuts, string cheese...basically anything that is healthy and/or full of protein. But remember, they are snacks not mini meals. I have lost 16 lbs in 5 weeks on the ultimate program without exercise. I do 2 shakes a day and basically eat what I want for dinner. Most nights I try to eat healthy (lean meat, veggies) but I do eat out some and if I do, I eat what I want just in moderation.
