I have many recipes for them the BEST is thin mint girlscout cookie OMG! 2 scoops form 1 choc 1 cup skim 1 cup ice 1 tsp choc fudge ff/sf instant pudding 1 tsp pistacio ff/sf instant pudding and key little less then a 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract. Warning!! Dont put too much extract in also you may add crushed oreo crumbs tbsp or two the pie crust works well. How ever you can skip the cookie crumbs and save a little fat its really just for texture. If you are making it with ppp aswell or fiber you may want to ad water too.
The plain recipe is so amazing that you will not believe that it is healthy!!! enjoy Smile
