Use the app record everything you eat and physically do

Eat less than you burn

Move as much as possible

If you are not very fit walk as much as you can building up pace and distance. Add resistance training when you can

In the end its calories in vs calories out the only scientifically validated way to lose weight

There are NO MAGIC BULLETS I.e pills, potions, waters etc that will make you lose weight super quick

Do not RUSH IT...THIS IS FOR LIFE. YOU DIDN'T PUT ON THE WEIGHT IN A FEW WEEKS IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME LIKELY MONTHS TO LOSE IT

The people who succeed are those who change their life style not those who DIET for a long term sustainable way to live

Celebrate small successes

DO NOT BE A SLAVE TO THE SCALES! How you look and feel and how your clothes fit you are much better indicators of how well you are doing

At first you will likely loose weight quite quickly but you will hit plateaus when nothing seems to change DON'T GIVE UP ITS NOT A LINEAR PROCESS

your primary basis for doing this should be your HEALTH...weight loss is a

SIDE EFFECT OF A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE

EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FROM HEALTHY NATURAL PRODUCE

Meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, healthy oils like olive and coconut

avoid processed food , sugar, salt, soft drinks diet or otherwise

DRINK WATER REGULARLY.....but don't go crazy with it

A good multivitamin and fish oil caps will help but CANNOT REPLACE A HEALTHY DIET!

IT IS SIMPLE BUT NOT EASY,

THE KEY IS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH FOOD AND EXERCISE

HAVE A TREAT NOW AND THEN WITHIN YOUR CALORIE LIMIT

GOOD LUCK and stay STRONG

My best advice would be don't give up. Everybody slips up, misses a day or eats something they shouldn't have. It's not the end of the world Smile Pick up and start again.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Adkins bars and drinks are low in carbs and tasty. I also think the yogurt fruit idea is good. I make my own granola. Easy and less sugar.
