Hoping I can chat to fellow members. Just joined this evening and will be trying my best to loose my 25kg goal. Any tips and encouragement will be greatly appreciated. You will all have my support too.

Celebrate small successes

DO NOT BE A SLAVE TO THE SCALES! How you look and feel and how your clothes fit you are much better indicators of how well you are doing

At first you will likely loose weight quite quickly but you will hit plateaus when nothing seems to change DON'T GIVE UP ITS NOT A LINEAR PROCESS


your primary basis for doing this should be your HEALTH...weight loss is a

SIDE EFFECT OF A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE

EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FROM HEALTHY NATURAL PRODUCE

Meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, healthy oils like olive and coconut



avoid processed food , sugar, salt, soft drinks diet or otherwise


DRINK WATER REGULARLY.....but don't go crazy with it

A good multivitamin and fish oil caps will help but CANNOT REPLACE A HEALTHY DIET!


IT IS SIMPLE BUT NOT EASY,


THE KEY IS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH FOOD AND EXERCISE

HAVE A TREAT NOW AND THEN WITHIN YOUR CALORIE LIMIT

GOOD LUCK and stay STRONG

Thank-you for all the advice...I will be updating on a weekly basis and will do this for me and that my family can still have me around for many years to come..
