I didn't get to it yesterday either lol. But I did magically drop a pound and a half since yesterday... Water weight maybe?? idk but I only have two left until my goal so I'm happy.

I personally think that's too small. I still want my curves,my boobs and my bum Very Happy. Screw 105.. A friend of mine found that leg workout too. I have tried it, only for a day though. On top of my regular workout and squats, I can say you do feel it in your calves. It's a great workout. When are you starting?
