Take it one day at a time, or even one meal at a time. Small consistent changes can make a big difference over time. I had a hard time getting back on track the beginning of the year, I'm doing well with exercise, but still struggling with eating. I'll get there and so will you!

I know how you feel. I don't work 3rd, but own my own business and when I have to travel, I sometimes have to get up at 5:30 or 6. My daughter is now 3, but didn't start sleeping all night until about 6 months ago. I would sometimes get up so many times, I would get 4 hours of sleep. Just hang in there, you will make it and as your baby gets older, it may not get easier it will get more fun. Hang in there. Even if you aren't formally exercising you are burning more calories just trying to stay awake
Tomorrow is fresh with no mistakes in it.

One day at a time is the best thing to tell you. Also find a focus when the temptations come around. Mine is my 6 year telling me that He can put his arms around me and hug me. That curbs most of my desire to cheat.

It's a constant battle...you slip up once or have a few bad days and it's hard to escape that slump. I have one binge and I tend to give up for days. It's mentally draining. What's important is that you persist until you succeed and focus on progress and not trying to be perfect. If you can't exercise just focus on eating better, small steps can make a big difference or even give you the confidence you need to take bigger steps. Smile

I use a supplement that is all natural with zero stimulants or caffeine of any kind. It is the only thing that has worked for me and I work 2 jobs with a sick husband and 2 kids to raise and literally zero time to exercise. This product just melts off the melt and the only thing I have done different is give up Diet coke - zero exercise. Feel free to message me for more info
