Hello, I joined weight watchers Ireland just over 1 year ago and to date I'm down 2stone 6lbs (34lbs) and have as much again to loose to get to goal weight. I hope to get rid of this before my 40th birthday in October so I've set myself a goal of 1-2lbs loss a week. I find tracking no problem and trying to up the excercise however I tend to go over my allowances on a regular basis which explains my SLOW/NON EXISTANT weight loss over the winter. Spring is here and time to clean out the bad habits from my life. Finding Lent really useful as there is no junk food comming into the house for the hubby and kids to scoff when watching a movie/tv so I've nothing to tempt me Smile
My hubby has started to diet and excercise too now which is great because he is my buddy now instead of sabateur
