Hi Everyone,

I've just started and am interested to hear any advice for some obstacle race training, I have already completed the Raw Challenge (loved it) in January and about to do the one in March, but I am looking to work my way up to the Spartan and eventually the Tough Mudder.

Does anyone have any advice for me in the training aspect? Also, is there anyone out there looking to do these as well? Anyone interested in starting a challenge on this, to train?

Hi there
Track or go on the 5:2 diet if you don't want to track every day. After a few weeks of tracking you should be back in control. Post on the site so you can get support. Good luck.

Hey hikern, I'm getting back on the wagon again. Got an elliptical machine. It takes a bit of time to get used to the movements. Guess i'll get used to it again! R/Ken
