Hi

I'd like to share a meal I've created, how do I do this? Can't seem to see any option to share.

Cheers!

if they click on you as in your screen name, they should be able to view your diet calender, they can then select the date in question. it wont show them how to cook it but it will show them what you've ate for that date.
Or you could simply send your buddy a message with the recipe

Thanks for the reply but what I want to do is to share a favourite meal with my oh so they don't have to enter all the individual components of the meal again.

For example say we both have spaghetti carbonara and I save all the ingredients in a favourite meal can they just import that meal into their food diary rather than enter spaghetti, eggs, parmesan, bacon individually?

You can write your own recipe in the cook book and save it,it will beak it down and add it to your list of foods.

i asked the develope the same question, would be really cool to do this as more than 1 person in my house is tracking calories and we often eat the same meals.

Yes they can if you already have it saved as a favorite meal.

They would have to go to your daily food diary and look on the right hand side of the website; they should see flimp's Favorite Meals.

If it is not one of the links listed under that heading, click on the view all link.

Once they find the meal they want click on the add this meal link.

Everything in that favorite meal is now in their food diary under the date and meal that they chose to put it under. It is now also one of their Favorite Meals.

It's kind of hard to explain without visuals, but I hope this explanation helped!

that's fine if you are using a desktop but won't work if you have an android phone app
