Just starting this app. How come it does not give u a expected
Date of when you will reach you goal weight? Or am I just missing it?

It doesn't give you an expected "end date" because it depends entirely on how closely you follow your 'plan'. Some days you might go over or under RDI, some days you might exercise more than others. It allows you to go at your own pace.

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
