I want to lose 10kg by Christmas

Im 35, with 2 kids at home & I work 9-4pm. My husband travels heaps for work and I HATE cooking so when he's gone I often resort to takeaways, easy dinners (spaghetti on toast, toasted sandwiches etc) or my kids favourite; dessert dinners. I'm big on making sure my children eat enough fruit & drink heaps of water but not so good at doing the same for myself.

that sounds like yo could achieve that but I guess you will have to make a few changes: serve the spaghetti without the toast but with a nice fresh salad (takes minutes to prepare), toasted sandwiches are ok if you go easy or leave out the cheese. Have you tried them with banana? I normally don't bother with potaoes, so I just grill (mostly) vegiterian burgers & boil some vegies: broccoli or green beans are my fav. I don't like cooking (wrong= i don't like standing in the kitchen long) , but quick nutricious meals are easier done than you think. Good luck! Smile

It's a great app if used properly and within its limitations I used it for about 2 years and now I no longer have to as I have learned for myself....but it's a great tool
