Count me in! I've done Atkins several times. I have been off and on. I am feeling good when I am on it because its the only diet I stay satisfied on. I've also been very discouraged in that I have not really been able to get down to goal. I really need help and support in making it this time. I want to lose 30 pounds. Over the last couple of years, I've lost 62.....

Hey nalinel, I would be more than happy to help. Ive been on induction for about 5 months now, so I hope I can be supportive. Although I dont know about rheumatoid arthritis, I do know all about prednisone. My son, husband, and brother have severe asthma. So, I get how you can balloon very quickly with the steroids. Feel free to add me as a buddy! Smile

I'm in! Over my induction phase, 2 months into the lifestyle, 28 pounds dropped in the first 8 weeks. 14 of those were in the first week alone!
I recommend this lifestyle to everyone and any one. Have inducted some friends myself and they're doing amazing in their first week.
You'll find so much fulfillment and success with Atkins. I'm around if you have questions or need support. The first week can be so grueling, you need a good system of encourage around you.
Good luck!
