It's been a while since I posted salad porn, but I'm eating something tasty right now so here it is.

The salad is lettuce, cherry tomatoes, figs, smoked salmon, and gorgonzola. The dressing is made with organic cold-pressed olive oil, riseling vinegar, cracked pepper, sea salt, garlic, and organic apple sauce.

You can see some of my older salad porn threads here and here.

Love your salad porn pics! I'm huge into eating chop chop salads. Which are especially good if you are using fresh herbs. I may be addicted to fresh basil and mint in salads.

I wanted to submit a photo to salad porn, but I was too excited to eat it so I'll have to settle for salad erotica...

Romaine and spinach blend mixed with diced chicken, walnut halves, cantaloupe and shaved parmesan. Served with homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Rarely am I this satisfied by a salad Smile

Why didn't you just bump the older threads so they are all on one thread? I have to admit your salad porn pictures do look scrumptious but do we need three separate threads?

I didn't really think of bumping the old ones at the time.

Today's entry is mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, sliced shallots, dried cranberries, gorgonzola, and edible flowers, in a homemade gravenstein cider vinaigrette. I'm eating it with a Tuscan white bean soup.

I agree! One thing I discovered is that it's a good idea to include a description of what a "serving" size is, if your recipe makes more than one serving.
