I work as a cook in a very busy restaurant and I'm curious what one would put as an activity. I am on my feet and there are many nights bending, twisting, fast paced walking. Any ideas? I've been putting housework, but I know I'm doing more than that. Smile

Any advice is welcome.

Thanks.
