i bruised my toe badly this morning, i tried to do a warm up of cardio for p90x, but i barely could do it, the sneaker was really restricting hurting my toe, couldnt really jump on it. is it okay to replace pilates for today workout instead of cardio? i really dont want to miss a day of workout i have not missed any of it since i started p90x. any idea?
