One he recommended this site, and 2 -...it has literally changed everything I ever knew about nutrition. But the proof isn't in my testimony. The proof is in the results. Started STRICT Paleo 9/3/2012 weighed in at 194. Today, 9/15/2012 weighed in at 181. The best advice is "Don't schedule failure. Scheduling a 'cheat' day is like scheduling failure. Will you fall off sometimes?..yes..just don't schedule it." I thought about this..and I accepted the 25 day challenge. Was it tough? Yes...but when I see, feel and hear..yes hear the results it is definitely worth it! By hearing people are telling me they see a noticeable difference! Thanks again Josh and Chastity from Practice Crossfit!

adding receipes from the recipe list to your own daily meals list
I'm still new to this site myself, but when you click to add a food, on the left side should be a "my cookbook", if you have a recipe in there you can just click on it to add to your food ...

what does "food mean"?
I never believed all the hype about potatoes.:-) I would have a very complex answer to that question but work on thinking of food as nutrition and medicine. Hopefully that will help my make choices that ...

Was bad last night
Thanks. I must remember to try to think of how I will feel later. Going to 2 aerobic classes today and cutting back calories to try to make up for my slip.
