Started STRICT Paleo 9/3/2012 weighed in at 194. Today, 9/15/2012 weighed in at 181. The best advice is "Don't schedule failure. Scheduling a 'cheat' day is like scheduling failure. Will you fall off sometimes?..yes..just don't schedule it." I thought about this..and I accepted the 25 day challenge. Was it tough? Yes...but when I see, feel and hear..yes hear the results it is definitely worth it! By hearing people are telling me they see a noticeable difference! Thanks again Josh and Chastity from Practice Crossfit!

1200 calories diet, or have I miscalculated badly?
