pretty much you eat what you want, within the guidelines of the diet. There books out there that are great, good recipes too. My son eats this way, and he's doing great. He says he just feels better. Am I on right track
Hi guys. This is my reading for the day. Fat: 48.78 Carbs: 14.08 Sugar: 4.18, Nett Carbs 9.18 and Protien: 28.21 and Cals: 590. Does this sound right.
