I love to sing, dance, play piano, bake, cook and read.

I practice karate, it's really fun and a great way to exercise.
I also love to run, I'm not any good at it, but it's still fun Razz I love runner's high!

Basically I want to be comfortable in my skin again. I want to be able to wear shorts, swimsuits and skinny jeans. I want to have confidence in myself. I know that it's going to take a lot of hard work, and the results will not be overnight and I'm willing to accept this. I'm responsible for myself, I can blame nothing else for my weight gain. And so I need to take full responsibility for my weight loss Smile

Cutting out snacks, garbage foods, junk food has been helping me. Yes I find that being post menopause has slowed down my metabolism. I find it is very tough to lose weight now! Much Success to you!~Ann ...
