So I'm here to continue my weight loss journey. I've just started the paleo diet and so far I'm loving it, if you have any paleo recipes and sites that you like I'd love to see them
I love to sing, dance, play piano, bake, cook and read.
I practice karate, it's really fun and a great way to exercise.
I also love to run, I'm not any good at it, but it's still fun
I love runner's high!
Basically I want to be comfortable in my skin again. I want to be able to wear shorts, swimsuits and skinny jeans. I want to have confidence in myself. I know that it's going to take a lot of hard work, and the results will not be overnight and I'm willing to accept this. I'm responsible for myself, I can blame nothing else for my weight gain. And so I need to take full responsibility for my weight loss
