On the other hand, depending on where you live, many ball parks now offer healthy choices. Wrigley Field offers fresh salads, veggies and humus and gluten-free/allergy-friendly foods.

Seriously, though, when I developed really bad allergies, I started carrying my lunch to Wrigley. I bring sliced turkey wrapped in lettuce, some fruit, baby carrots. If I think I can afford the calories and sugar, I get myself an ice cream in the late innings. And I go home pretty satisfied.

On the condiments side -- try to go with salsa, not ketchup. I was horrified to learn that a TBSP of ketchup is the equivalent of 3 tsp of sugar! I was a real ketchup fan, but now I keep plenty of mild salsa on hand as a replacement.
