Find a physical activity you can love and then give yourself over to the obsession. Based on my user name, you can probably guess my obsession. If you're going to work out every day (or almost every day), pick something you can like.

Mummydee -- I do the same thing at home. Slice of turkey + slice of swiss cheese + mustard can get me from lunch to dinner without getting into trouble.

Water
I don't do the bottled flavored water or the flavor drops or powders -- they are always way too sweet for me, but also I have allergies, and I've had some trouble with the flavored stuff.
