pretty much you eat what you want, within the guidelines of the diet. There books out there that are great, good recipes too. My son eats this way, and he's doing great. He says he just feels better. Coffee good for weight loss?
I have been a coffee drinker for years. I still put on the weight so I really do no think it helps weight loss unless you drink too much and it makes you sick.
