This isn't my recipe, so I'll just post the link:

Cavemen, rejoice! We (kind of) have pizza again!
BTW, I'm not affiliated with Roni in any way, but I love her blog. It's great for people like me who never learned how to prep healthy foods.

When I was stationed in the Army in Italy (near Venice), they used to serve this in the Officer's Club all the time. Sometimes they would also use a meat ragu to fill it. They call it "Zucchini Ripieno." It's totally yummy and really nutritious! You can do the same thing with an eggplant. Then they call it "Melanzana Ripieno."

ps erin74kr how do you post these pictures...do yoou use a digital camera, cell phone, or what? and how do you get them to show up like that... I haven't tried anything like that yet, I am sure I could figure it out but while I am thinking about it, I thought I would ask.

kanan, its a bit of a long process but I do it all the time. I take 'em with my iphone, then I email the photo to myself. THen I check my mail on my computer, and save the photo to my hard drive.
Then I go to a photo uploader like
http://imageshack.us
and upload the photo to that website. Once it's done, the site will list a "direct link to image" that you can copy and paste. If you click "Go Advanced" at the bottom of the forum where you type your reply on fatsecret, you'll get more options for the post.
One of them is a symbol of a photo of a mountain, which means you can insert a picture.
Click that, and it'll insert image tags in your post, which look like this:
Code:
[img][/img]
Paste the direct link you got from imageshack in between the tags, so it looks like this:
Code:
[img]http://www.thiswouldbeyourdirecturl.com[/img]
After you do that, you can preview your post and see if it worked. Hope I explained that okay!
